Reporting a problem
Include your iPad model, iPadOS version, AnnoLeaf version, steps to reproduce, and what happened. Screenshots can help, but remove personal information first. Never send your Apple Account password.
Trial and lifetime access
The app is free to download. Claiming the free trial starts 72 consecutive hours of full editing access. The trial does not renew or charge automatically. Lifetime unlock is a one-time In-App Purchase. Existing documents remain viewable and exportable after the trial without an unlock.
Restore Purchases
Open the access status control at the top right of the home screen, then choose Restore Purchases. Use the Apple Account originally used for the trial or purchase. Restoration does not restart a previously claimed trial.
Recordings and export
Recordings stay with the associated note and can be played, renamed, or exported separately as M4A. Exported PDFs do not include audio. Export the PDF and recordings separately if you need both.
Local notes and Trash
Notes are stored locally. Export important content regularly to a backup location you choose. Deleted documents may remain in Trash for up to 30 days. For saving, installation, or upgrade problems, contact support before uninstalling without a backup.
Importing files
Import PDF, JPEG, PNG, or HEIC files from the home screen, or share files from another app. For import problems, include the file type, size, and source app. You do not need to send private original documents initially.
